I Think My Boss Only Hires Women He Finds Attractive

I think I just found out that one of the managers at my company only hires women he personally finds attractive… and now I don’t know if I even want to keep working here. So there’s this male manager at my company. I’ll just call him A. I didn’t think much of him at first, but recently my direct supervisor told me something that completely changed the way I see him. Apparently, A has a reputation for only wanting to hire girls who are young, pretty, stylish, and basically fit his personal “type.” And once he hires them, he keeps finding reasons to spend time with them. Random one on one meetings. Asking them to meet in person when it could easily be a message or email. Trying to hang out with them more than necessary. Just constantly creating situations where he gets to be around them. The part that really freaked me out was realizing he’s been doing similar things with me. He’ll randomly
